Welcome

My name is Dr Elizabeth Hale and I am a Chartered Health Psychologist.

As a health psychologist, I have specialist training and experience in providing psychological support for people who have long term physical health conditions. I also help people work with difficult changes in health-related behaviour such as diet, sleep or exercise.

As well as private practice, I continue to work within the NHS, and have 17 years of experience supporting people who have a range of rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

My practice particularly focuses on helping adults to manage anxiety and depression; chronic pain including fibromyalgia; fatigue and poor sleep. I use a range of health psychological approaches as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing in my work. I am also a Mindfulness practitioner.

I offer individual therapy; group sessions; workshops and consultancy either face-to-face, over the telephone or by video call. These are offered at a range of price points from my friendly practice near Pershore, Worcestershire.
